Today Cash became a new man, or should I say...not so much of a man. It isn't easy explaining why we had to take him to the vet again when he was just there.
I told Sydnee that he was getting fixed.
Syd- "What is wrong with him?"
Me- "They are going to make it so he can't have babies."
Syd- "BOY cats don't have babies, mom."
Me- "No, but they... uh, 'help' make babies."
Luckily Syd let that one drop.
Syd was pretty worried about him when I took his food away last night. She said in her prayers, "Please bless that Cash won't starve to death."
We had to pick Cash up this evening after his "open castration" right before the girls had karate, so he got to wait in the car. (It was a very cool, overcast day, so he was in no danger mind you.) Once Justee and I got settled in our seats and class began, Justee turned to the man sitting next to us and LOUDLY said, "Our cat is in our car!" When the man just looked at her and smiled, she yelled again, "Hey! Our cat is in our car!"

Again...hilarious!!! Hope Dozer leaves him alone so he can heal. Great post!!
Ha ha... I've had a few "almost had to explain the birds and the bee's" moments too. Thank heavens we haven't actually had to do it yet ;)
Don't you just love kids?!! The world is such a simple place to them and much happier too! Thanks for the smile! :-)
So funny!!!! Syd and Justee gotta love the things kids say. I can't stop laughing about Justee:)
We have to take Scotty in soon too -- i keep putting it off. Tamsyn gets upset if we talk about it... she thinks Scotty REALLY needs to be a daddy. LOL
I think we should get you a book, with pictures to help demonstrate this stuff. My 2 year old niece runs around all over yelling "i have a 'gina!!!". And It's true, she does.
It's inevitable...
