Water World

Justin finished his work early today, so we thought it would be fun to take the girls to Water World. They were so excited when we told them that we were going. Sydnee has loved Water World ever since Michelle and Jayson took her with them last summer. We let the girls play in the kiddie pools for a while when we first got there, and then we all went on Voyage to the Center of the Earth. Charlee clung to me and Sydnee pretty much squished her body behind Justin. Justee was in Justin's arms and had a pretty terrified look on her face as we went down the fast parts. All three girls have been on it before and Sydnee doesn't think that it is very fun, but she will still go on it (Char might not be easily convinced again.) We took a few laps on the lazy river and then went back to the kiddie pools. Justee absolutely LOVED the slides. Sydnee took her down them over and over again. Just when we thought Justee had had enough, she just wanted to go down without Sydnee. That was a little scary for me, so she had to go down with Syd. The girls all had a lot of fun and as proof of how hard they played, they fell asleep on the way home. After WW we stopped and did a little shopping. All of us got some new clothes. It was a really fun day and nothing beats seeing your girls really enjoying themselves.

Sydnee got a tooth pulled and 2 spacers put in at the dentist on Thursday. She did very well and I think she liked the "kid dentist" much better than the "grown-up dentist." She picked some beads to make jewelry with as her prize. She used the bead kit to hide her face for a long time after, because she thought it looked funny. I explained that just because it felt numb and puffy it didn't look any different.
Justee is getting so big...Lately she has been going up with Syd and Char when they go to bed. She crawls into bed with them and falls asleep. They look like such a jumbled mess; I wonder how they end up that way. After Justee falls asleep, we move her to her crib.
